This location is unpredictable during nighttime hours. Every Friday, they close whenever the maintenance crew arrives sometime after 10 PM, and you only find out when you get to the drive-thru speaker. On holidays, like last night, they close whenever they want without posting any advance notices, unlike other responsible managers or franchisees. They don't even block off their dedicated driveway to signal that they're closed early.
One of the most poorly managed and disappointing Jack in the Box locations I've encountered. They are frequently understaffed, leading to errors with orders. I've also experienced arriving when the sign says "open," waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, only to find out they closed early and no staff are present.
This Jack in the Box desperately needs a new manager! They’re frequently closed, and the manager is consistently rude. There are never any signs indicating if there are issues with their system. The machine for the shakes is always broken, and the service is constantly unpleasant.
Night crew purposely stepped on my food....tacos with rotten lettuce and no meat...number 11 was a puck of batter...guy laughed aloud when i left....realy lowlife activity going on there at night....i called 17 times to complain,,,,zero response Réservez une table maintenant
Generally, the service and food are outstanding. Sometimes, I do have an unusual experience where my order gets confused, but on the whole, the quality is excellent and the staff are welcoming.
Absolutely the best fast food restaurant out there! Make sure to grab a strawberry shake and give dipping your fries in it a try. You won’t be disappointed!
This restaurant offers the best tacos you can find! They’re still just two for $1.29, while other places charge $1.70—what a difference!
