Absolutely outrageous! I had a coupon for a free meal, and the service was beyond terrible. I couldn’t even eat what I received; I ended up throwing it away because of how bad the experience was. The staff member got upset when I asked for a large meal, insisting it had to be a small, even though the coupon clearly states it’s for a free JUMBO meal! It makes no sense at all! They practically tossed the meal at me while loudly saying, “Enjoy your FREE meal!” What’s the point of giving out coupons if this is how they treat customers?
I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich from Jack In The Box through Uber Eats last night, but instead of chicken, I received just two pieces of bread. This place seems to have a recurring problem with fulfilling orders correctly. Perhaps there are too many cooks in the kitchen?
The drive-thru service is quite slow, and they don't seem to adhere to their posted hours of operation. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, placed an order, and received my food in the 25 minutes I spent waiting here for a cheesecake.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! They follow strict protocols regarding vaccination and booster verification, which made me feel safe. The food was amazing, especially the Mini-Tacos. The customer service was excellent as well!

The order is incorrect about half the time, but by the time we realize it, we're already home.
It took over 10 minutes to receive my Ultimate Cheeseburger combo through the drive-thru.
