Terrible experience at the drive-thru! I was the only car there, but after a few seconds, GAEL asked me to park and wait for 5 minutes. I questioned why I needed to wait when I was the only one. After a little while, another car pulled up behind me and placed their order. GAEL then told me to either cancel my order or park my car because he needed to serve the car behind me. Seriously?!
There’s not much that sets this Jack in the Box apart from others. It’s pretty standard, and the parking lot can be a bit tricky to get into. That said, it’s a Jack in the Box—if you’ve been to one, you know what to expect. Even if you haven’t, the experience will likely be familiar unless you’ve never been to a fast food restaurant before.
This Jack In The Box is by far the worst in town. The restaurant is dirty, and the service is terrible. We had to wait forever, and with the fry station overwhelmed, the fries ended up cold due to the long delay. It seems they are seriously understaffed, which affects the entire experience, including the menu offerings.

Visited Jack In The Box with friends for a fast food feast. We ordered tacos, onion rings, and curly fries. The drive-thru wait was a little longer, but the food was hot and fresh when we received it. The staff member was friendly, too. I just wish they still offered the monster tacos!
It's Jack in the Box, so you know what to expect. The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, and I've never had any issues with my orders. However, getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a hassle.
The service here is always friendly, and the food is almost always fresh. I believe this location is even better than the one at 4911 Torrance!
Food is fine but inside is durty, floor dirty tables dirty and restroom also not in good condition,not enough clean

Jack's the most innovative of the fast food chains. And the staff at this restaurant are top notch.
What can I say? It's fast food, and so far the service has been good.
