The staff here were very unprofessional. The posted hours say the lobby is open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 8:35, the doors were locked. They just mouthed that they were closed. I walked all the way here to get food, and it was clear they weren’t actually closed. I tried ordering through the drive-thru mic with no response. When I approached the window to place an order, they told me they didn’t have enough staff and were closed. Since I didn’t have a car, they refused to take my order. There were three employees inside but no one in the lobby, which was locked. A family did receive service through the drive-thru while I was waiting, so it wasn’t completely shut down. I thought the Monster Tacos were somewhat disappointing. I asked for half without lettuce, but they arrived completely without lettuce, and one taco was nearly empty of meat. Additionally, I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff seemed to have trouble understanding me.
I'm currently at Jack In The Box, enjoying their new frozen hot cocoa shake. I'm a big fan and highly recommend it. Pairing the shake with an order of their jalapeño poppers makes for the perfect Saturday afternoon treat. Their menu really has something for everyone!
The food met my expectations and the service was excellent. My order was exactly as I requested, with the right extras and exclusions. Plus, being open late is a definite plus!
