I should have verified my order, as it was incorrect this time. On my way home, I noticed an odd smell in the car, and upon opening the bag, I discovered onion rings instead of the chicken nuggets I had ordered. A quick look at the receipt confirmed my order was indeed for chicken nuggets. I returned to the restaurant, and they promptly rectified the mistake without any hassle, even giving me a complimentary cheesecake.
The manager and staff at Jack In The Box were quite rude during my visit. The cashier hurriedly called me over to take my order, while loudly discussing my family with a coworker. It was shocking to see the manager laugh along and express disdain for customers who take time to order. I cannot recommend this place; the unprofessionalism was disappointing.
I ordered four chicken strips and a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. However, after leaving the drive-thru, I noticed my sandwich was missing the cheese I paid extra for. I expect to receive what I pay for—very disappointing! This experience just reminds me to always double-check my order before driving off.
I was charged a little more for some tacos I hadn't ordered. The worker misheard me multiple times and I'm assuming the extra tacos were a consequence of this. I didn't mind much cause they were good and the employee was nice at the window. Réservez une table maintenant

I had to drive back for an hour to retrieve my card that was not given to me at the Jack In The Box drive-thru. There were no apologies or any acknowledgment of the mistake—such poor service.
