I've visited this location a few times, but lately, I've been waiting at the speaker box without getting a response. When I drive up to the window, I can see someone inside, but she just walked to the back. She looked like she might have been the manager based on what she was wearing. If you’re not interested in working, maybe you should block the drive-thru lane. I appreciate your response, but honestly, the same issue has been mentioned since 2020. Just take a look at the reviews—nothing seems to change. Don't worry about it.
Went through the drive-thru and nobody was there. My boyfriend got down and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked. The workers were sitting at the table (it looked like they were on break) and yelled at him to go through the drive-thru. We justleft and went somewhere else. I?m assuming they were on break and had nobody to cover for them, but how on earth is that thecustomers fault? What a ridiculous experience.
So, I haven?t been inside a Jack in the Box in almost 20 years, but I think I stopped at a gas station with one attached, and google is all like, how was it?????? And they ask every day. So, to stop getting asked, I can say, with some confidence, thatthe ultimate cheeseburger was nice, but it would have been better without the bun, so that my hands would have been covered withMEAT AND CHEESE.
Average customer service average food my biggest complaint is that if I go during the nigth past 10 pm and I want a shake all of a sudden their machine not working an employee told me that the truth is they don't want to wash the machine of shakes afterusing it I find this very bad bcs the shakes are on the menu so due to their laziness they lie about it not working not cool

I buy a salad, parked to eat, realized I don?t have my dressing, I get off and it?s lock, the staff girls see me knocking and none of the 3 got up to see how can they help after they see me trying to let them know through the door I needed my ranchdressing.. they never came to the door and here I?am in line again to get it. So unprofessional!! Waisting my precious time!!
I went through the drive-thru at 5:20 PM, only to be informed that they were already closed, even though their operating hours indicate that the drive-thru should stay open until 5:30 PM. This is an example of poor service.
Jack in the Box offers a fantastic and diverse menu, so you won't get bored with your food choices. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Norwalk!
I had a quick lunch, and there was no wait at the drive-thru. My food was ready in no time.

The location is lovely; I just wish we had been seated inside.
