I Wanted to go to Jack-in-the-Box to get some cheap tacos and I was going after a long day of work. I Figured to take the drive-through because it's usually quicker. I didn't think I was going to end up spending 30 minutes in the drive-through. Took about 10 minutes before someone actually went to the speaker to take my order. Then I spent another 10 minutes waiting for two cars in front of me to get their order, and then another 10 minutes for the car front of me to get their order they ordered six milkshakes and it seemed to take an eternity to make. Yesterday we went on drive thru with my husband and the cashier did not hand out my card back and since she just handed us a bunch of bags with our order right away, we didn’t notice. Went back today for the debit card and the two ladies in charge refused to hand me my receipt from yesterday as well as the cashiers name who helped us. I’m usually nice since I have managed in several fast food restaurants in the past. But now a days you never know how secure people are with personal info. My husband went inside to place an order, and the employee at the counter didn’t even greet him when he arrived. When he asked for her help, her response was that she would assist him once she was finished with her hot Cheetos. Shocked, my husband asked for her name and requested to speak to a manager, but his request was refused!
Service used to be decent, but in the last year and a half, the customer service has really deteriorated. Even getting your order taken at the intercom can take 5 to 10 minutes! It's incredibly disappointing, and every visit is a struggle!
Whether you choose the drive-thru or the walk-up counter, the service here is extremely disappointing. The person at the counter was on break, and the woman at the window was reluctant to juggle both tasks. I had to call out to her multiple times just to get her attention. At one point, she even spoke into her microphone to pause the drive-thru service while I was waiting at the counter. Eventually, the man at the counter appeared. He was very friendly and the only staff member who truly seemed to care.

Food was not great to say the least for the first time in my life I had to ask for a refund food tasted old and refried the curly fries definitely where re fried and cold only thing good was the manager she was able to assist me well I’m sorry I had this bad experience
This is what fast food workers are paid $20 an hour to create? The tacos looked like they had been sitting around for hours, and my sandwich was squished. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location, as they clearly don't know how to prepare or serve fresh food.
I absolutely loved the dishes here. I consistently receive excellent service. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!
I really enjoy coming here for my root beer boots. Just a tip: they’re not on the menu, so make sure to ask for them!
