Great customer service! This time when I was paying at the drive-thru window for some reason my payment card wouldn't work, how embarrassing! and the lady(maybe management) was so kind as to give me my meal(a burger), this is my first time something likethis happened to me at this location and the way she handled it was just amazing, she even did this with a smile. I'm trulygrateful for what she did, I was really hungry and hadn't had lunch that day.
The counter people were short and to the point. No smiles, No welcome in. Immediately you are hit with this nasty smell! Smells like a dirty moldy mop! I ordered and waited a long time while they preferred the drive through line. I got my food and wanted to use the restroom before getting back on the road. Pewhee that stench was so strong in there it almost made me sick! Stinky , stinky restaurant! NOPE never again.
I'm an ubereats driver. Today, when I took 2 orders at a time, an elderly woman with glasses, probably the owner, gave me two meals and the guests' drinks. She said that I didn't know which meal belonged to which customer, let me I don't have the name on the bag, this guy is very bad, and he has to pick up the meal from the driver's window, I won't go to pick up the meal again
I had a fantastic experience at Jack In The Box! The food was excellent, especially the buttered toast, which was beautifully cooked and juicy. I tried the ultimate breakfast sandwich and the loaded breakfast sandwich, along with a cup of coffee, and everything was delicious. I enjoyed my meal immensely! Réservez une table maintenant
The tacos could really use some fresh lettuce, and my burger definitely needed some as well—it was tough and seemed old. The ingredients were wilted and lacked freshness, possibly even a few days old. They could have been served cooler too. That said, I was quite hungry, so I ended up eating it anyway.
I enjoy the fast food of Jack in the Box. This particular store needs to improve. I can?t count how many times they screwed up my order. Most of all they can't even remember to give a paying customer the straw for my drink when I happen to visit thislocation. Food is great, service is bad.
Each Time I Go There, I Can?t Do The Survey. Because They Need To Change The Pinter Ink, The Number Of The Survey Code Is Not Legible. At The Jack In Box At Pinole, Ca. Please Take Care Of This Issue. ASAP Would Really Appreciate. Other Then ThatEverything Is Good.
This one prepares the food much nicer than the Hercules one. The workers are all pretty friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here since 1994. Réservez une table maintenant
I love Jack in the box, I tried anew one in pinole, and I got the chicken,bacon and ranch sandwich,it was amazing.
