The worst time to visit is definitely at 4 a.m. The staff were rude and had terrible customer service. The employee at the window clearly needs better training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was shocked to find eggshells mixed in. How can they not notice that when cracking the eggs? It’s unbelievable how careless the employees are with serving customers. On top of that, the tiny tacos were stale and undercooked. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
I went out late at night to satisfy a craving, and I learned the hard way to always check the fries before driving off! The drive-thru line has been slow lately, and the last two times I received very stale fries. I only realized it once I got on the freeway, which was frustrating, especially since this has happened to me twice now. I can’t stand stale fries, so I won’t be returning.
This Jack In The Box location in South Gate, at Firestone and Atlantic Blvd, is quite disappointing. The restaurant allows homeless individuals to occupy the tables and bring in large bags filled with trash, which creates an unpleasant environment. I had a terrible experience, especially after I raised my concerns with the manager and cashier, but nothing seemed to change.
The wait for the food was quite long, and the employee appeared unsure about dollar coins, needing to check with the manager to confirm if they were real. Réservez une table maintenant
