Today at the drive-thru during lunchtime, one of the employees at Jack In The Box treated me terribly and in front of my children. After paying for my order, I politely asked the cashier for a hamburger box because I wanted to share my kids' fries in the backseat. Instead of helping, he became angry, shouted “NO!” at me, and refused to take my order again. I tried to explain why I needed the box, but he grew more hostile and yelled that he wouldn’t serve me anymore. It was clear he didn’t understand English well and misunderstood the word “box.” His aggressive behavior frightened my young children. I visited inside the other day and ordered the number 4 combo. The fries were perfect—way better than McDonald's, in my opinion—and the burger was outstanding. Unlike some of my recent experiences where what I received didn’t match the photos, my burger looked just like what was advertised, with the added bonus of large, fresh pieces of lettuce (not the shredded kind).
The staff is always friendly, whether you’re driving through or walking in. I hope the issues others have mentioned get resolved, but I’m glad I’ve had a consistently positive experience here. I didn’t take a photo because I ate it too quickly!
I've been coming to this Jack in the Box for just under a year now. The food tastes great, and the staff are generally friendly. However, the service can be inconsistent with my orders. For instance, three times in a row, they forgot to include the sauce for my Heinz dip and crunch bacon cheeseburger (which is no longer on the menu). Other times, when I ask for sweetened iced tea, I receive it unsweetened. I prefer my tacos with less taco sauce, but often I end up with extra. Recently, I've started requesting the sauce on the side so I can add it myself. Overall, it's a great spot for a cheap and tasty meal.

I’ve never had issues with this place, except for the fact that they tend to close the drive-thru early without any notice! The other night, I arrived at 9:47, and the cones were already set up. I've been here several times, and the food service has consistently been good!
This restaurant has employees with an AMAZING friendly attitude (Dante, Armando 11/9/2016). While it might seem unusual to focus on service at a fast food place, the food is good (definitely indulgent) and having cheerful staff makes the experience even better!
