I hardly go to Jack in Box, decided to go and get something to eat. While I placing my order, the employee was rude by interrupting me while I was placing my order. When I confronted the employee…. said, “I didn’t appreciate being interrupted” the response I received back was silence. I said, “Well aren’t you going to respond?” Then finally I got response was told “what I can do, I’m by myself.” I didn’t respond, because I didn’t want to say anything that could come back to bite me. Regardless , if you are serving customers you don’t rush them while they’re ordering. They should get more help and not have one person taking orders and payments by their self. The young man with the painted finger nails.He was very rude. He refused to count my change for me. And when I counted it, it was $10 short. He didn't apologize. He just gave me my money. I actually just walked out and went to Covina Burger... They pay little to no attention to walk ins. They are So focused on the drive through that the dining room is mostly ignored. I waited about five minutes for the couple in front of me to be asked for their order, try then the counter person walked away and didn 't return even to give drink cups to the first couple. I could drive across town and be served quicker! It 's not like it 's gourmet food?!
Gabriel, the store manager, was truly amazing. His kindness brought the biggest smile to my 91-year-old mom's face. She lives nearby in a long-term rehabilitation center and is quite a picky eater, but she enjoyed every bite of the taco tater meal. She absolutely loved the tacos and curly fries! My drive-thru experience was smooth and efficient, thanks to an outstanding staff! They were quick and very friendly. I absolutely adore the two tacos for $1.79, and the onion rings are simply amazing! I've tried many restaurants, but Jack's truly stands out as the best by far! I would give them 10 stars!
