I actually just walked out and went to Covina Burger... They pay little to no attention to walk ins. They are So focused on the drive through that the dining room is mostly ignored. I waited about five minutes for the couple in front of me to be asked for their order, try then the counter person walked away and didn 't return even to give drink cups to the first couple. I could drive across town and be served quicker! It 's not like it 's gourmet food?!
Gabriel, the store manager, was truly amazing. His kindness brought the biggest smile to my 91-year-old mom's face. She lives nearby in a long-term rehabilitation center and is quite a picky eater, but she enjoyed every bite of the taco tater meal. She absolutely loved the tacos and curly fries! She even insisted that I call him to share her thoughts. Thank you, Gabriel!

My drive-thru experience was smooth and efficient, thanks to an outstanding staff! They were quick and very friendly. I absolutely adore the two tacos for $1.79, and the onion rings are simply amazing! I've tried many restaurants, but Jack's truly stands out as the best by far! I would give them 10 stars!
The staff isn't very friendly. I've noticed that most of these JB locations never have the jack wraps available, and I don't plan on going after midnight; I usually go around noon. Even when I visit at 5 AM, I can't place an order because they're busy uploading sales.
This restaurant is an excellent option for delicious, budget-friendly meals. I truly adore this place! The food is outstanding, and the service is warm and attentive. Additionally, the prices are very fair.
I prefer this location even though it involves a little extra driving. The staff here are friendlier than at other restaurants in Pomona, and they consistently get my orders correct.

The signs indicated that monster tacos were available, but they weren't. That's why we decided to stop by. At the drive-thru, we had no choice but to order something else.
They messed up my order twice here, but then got it right the next time. Check your orders before you leave the drive thru just in case.
