Got #3 and was told this is it....no drink and no fries for almost 8 dollars just a sandwich....what a joke will never come back to this place....I guess the employees just pocket the rest???? Use to be good now it's just terrible, when I asked where are the fries and drink they just stared and walked off....what a worthless set of workers up your game or close down.
Bad customer service went through the drive thru the person taking my order was rude I tried to order breakfast because it says breakfast served all day and they told me there not making anything extra only selling what that have even though they close in 30 mins I work at a fast food restaurant and your suppose to serve whatever on the menu up until the store closes
No one who ever reacts to drive thru. Last time I sat there for 8 minutes without cars in front of me and I said hello and no answer. I'm going through the window b the lady made some well drinks? Idk the place was dead. And it was 12 in the afternoon. The same thing in the night. Will never be here again. Not recommended.
This place says they're open until 1:00, but close regularly at 11:00. Even though they are open, they say things like “We don’t take orders for 20 more minutes” or “we only accept door Dash orders at the moment.” It's incredibly unreliable at night. The employee at the drive-thru needs to consider a different job. She was extremely rude during my visit. Additionally, she kept my change from my order, and after she slammed the window shut, I didn't even bother asking for it back. This occurred on August 13, 2022, around 3 PM.
Food and staff are great, and you can tell they are working hard. It would be great if it had more staff. With more than a couple people for the entire place it wouldn't take 20 minutes for a sandwich. Pathetic management, I feel guilty for ordering at this location.Food: 5/5
Always waiting for your food a very long long time and staff is always rude it's so sad that Jack is box has gone this way with the customer service it use to be a good place to eat with the family and now we try to avoid it as much as possible. Just rude rude rude people sad
Here now and they are closed at 11:30, they are supposed to be 24 hours, but they are closed at midnight and it is not midnight, but this is the reason why Jack in the boxes close that they cannot even remain open until the time they say they will come here mc Donalds Réservez une table maintenant
I love Jack in the Box, even though they put mustard on my sandwich, after I said no mustard. I'll live. I have better things to do in life. I don't complain about the little things ?
