Worst Jack in the box I 've ever been to. Customer service is very unprofessional. The young girls working tonight on June 2, 2022 at 9:00 p.m and the lady with the red shirt, I hope someone does you like y 'all just did me times 10. I thought the poor service I received was something new or something that only happened to me. But with other reviews, this is a ongoing problem, so the entrepreneur could probably take less care of what we have to say. This evaluation is therefore a recommendation to other customers. Don't go to the boxes. The lady on the ride thru is rude. And I guess the staff used to work at McDonalds, because their ice/disc machine never works. I understand nobody wants to clean these things, but a job is a job. I guess they choose and choose what they want to do for the day. So stay away because maybe what you want to eat is out of the menu.
The food is always great at this location, and workers are always attentive to requests for condiments. The only reason this is not a 5 Star review is I eat here once a week and I have been disturbed by loss of the use of the lobby. I've had to eat at the outdoor tables on the cold and wind. The signs state to be patient and that this is due to a lack of workers. I am sorry to hear this. McDonald's directly down the road does not share your issue. This is something Jack In the Box might want to keep in mind.
Sat in drive thru for over 30 min just to get to speaker. No one ever said anything so I said hello. They finally only said we are closed and only doing Uber eats right now. Why not turn off your lights or something. Besides your restraunt being 24hrs.... there was still cars behind me going all the way out to the street. Cars in front of me got their orders but like I said I was there for over 30 min. Very bad customer service.

I had a bad experience at this location trying to get my order placed through the app and getting NO service through the drive thru line, with the employees refusing to help or refund. But after waiting for a response back from management, the employees were able to help me when I visited the store again. Still not happy with the situation but I'm very grateful to the staff that was able to sort things out for me.
I attempted to use the drive-thru at around 6:45 PM on a Friday, but the person at the window informed me that they were closed. It would be helpful if they could update their hours online. Just a suggestion!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff were consistently rude. Additionally, the tacos were soggy and served cold. Overall, I was not impressed.
Rude cashier 11.4.22 at 9:45. She tried to place order, she said they were short employees while the employees lean on the phone on the counter. Never pass through the rideFood: 3/5

I enjoyed a quick and filling breakfast that is affordable! And in good weather you can align on the terrace! And in cold weather you can enjoy the fireplace view. Food: 5/5
Alfredo was the best person I have seen in a long time that waited on us at the window and took our order he was awesome
