I called to complain, but the person at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. Her name started with a "J," and she was well aware of her attitude. Unfortunately, every time I attempted to speak to someone, my calls were hung up on. I wanted to inform the manager about the bad food and the rude service, but in the end, I decided to pray for them and ask for forgiveness for feeling upset.
It's just your typical fast food place. Nothing particularly special about it. However, I really appreciate the decent service, especially during the holiday season when the staff might not be particularly motivated to be there but are doing their best. They even included some extra items in my order—I'm not sure if that was an accident, but I appreciated it!
If you are going to order in the drive-thru then I recommend going at a perfect time because it is short staffed which causes the line to move slow and they take a while but they are still trying and putting in their effort and they still make the food good and they are hard workers trying their best and I recommend going here but at a perfect time.
I just left the drive. Everything was good minus my cold Stale-Fries and chicken sand, which with a quarter-sized amount of sauce on what should be a Spicy Cluck. This made it dry and unpalatable, especially when the chicken was like warm It is very disappointing to order something with an expectation and not to receive. Réservez une table maintenant
This place can never seem to get my order right from no tomatoes to no egg the concepts just to hard for them. This morning I ordered a an egg, sausage, and cheese biscuit. No egg extra sausage and cheese. Not hard right? They even repeated it back correctly. What I got….a sausage biscuits with extra egg and no cheese.
The night staff accidentally dropped our food box on the floor. Normally, that wouldn't be a big issue, but they proceeded to offer us the same box of food instead of replacing it. They also refused to issue a refund. It's hard to understand how they thought we would trust them to give us our food back after that.
I stopped by to grab a Breakfast Jack because I always have to have one when I visit Texas. It was fantastic, and I really appreciated the freshness of this restaurant. I highly recommend this location, and if I lived nearby, I'd definitely go back for another one!
I work overnight and it says the Jack is open in the box until 2:00. I'm going to lunch at 12:50. 1:00 closed almost every time and there are not many places open to eat at this time, so it really is a bummer Réservez une table maintenant
Jack in the box is jack in the box, it's never my first choice but if it's on the way it will do. This location was nice, but the dinner was closed due to staffing issues.
