Jack In The Box - Réservation de table

Order was incorrect, food was cold, lettuce was old yellowish. They just threw two big pieces of lettuce in my burger. Curly fires were greasy and seemed to be all the little pieces at the bottom of the fry bag. I was beyond upset. I called manager and will be going to have that entire order REDONE!! ID RATHER a refund.

Cashier at midnight didn't speak good english, kind of frustrated me when I was trying to get my order right. Gave me a little attitude saying I ordered something that I didn't. Other than service. Food was your standard jack in the box. Warm and ready to eat.

Thai place has Great Customer service, I was attended by Cesar, this young man made my experience at this Jack amazing. Great attitude, goes the extra mile to ensure Great customer service. Great work.

This is the best Jack in the Box because it's usually not busy, as it's tucked away in a less obvious location.
