I left a positive review for this restaurant about a week ago, giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing. The all-female Hispanic staff seemed more focused on socializing with each other than on their work. I ordered a small milkshake and regular onion rings for $11, and unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. The onion rings were overcooked, making the onions inside dry and tough. When I requested a replacement, the employee told me that's just how they prepare them and couldn’t accommodate my request. The second batch was slightly better, but still barely edible. I recently dined at this restaurant and ordered a jumbo Jack. I was disappointed to see that the cooked patty was taken from a container rather than being grilled to order. It feels like cooking a burger has become too challenging for them. In the past, the experience was different, with food being freshly prepared. Nowadays, it seems that many places prefer to sell pre-cooked food that has been sitting out.
I visited Jack in the Box tonight and had a frustrating experience. The drive-thru was really slow, and when I finally got my order, they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the Jumbo Jack I had ordered. Hi, it's 4:30 am and I went to Jack in the Box on Grantline. They told me they're not taking any orders at the moment. They suggested I try the Jack in the Box on Eleven Street or place an online order. It seems like every time I come here, the Grantline location is disappointing.
