This fast food restaurant is located along the road in a residential area, making it quite convenient for local residents. However, recent construction work nearby has created a lot of dust. If we don't open for business, we can't tell if customers will continue to place orders, which could result in wasted effort on our part.
I always have issues with my order at this location, which is really frustrating. There never seems to be enough staff, and customers are left waiting at the counter for a long time before being acknowledged. This level of service is quite unprofessional for a Jack in the Box.
The staff is friendly and the food is generally good, but the area is quite dirty, which can be intimidating for customers. I really enjoy the boba, but the churros are disappointing – they're not good at all. They should definitely reconsider their churro recipe!
Went to pick up some food at 0145 am. Guy at the window was really rude and when I asked for some ranch for chicken tenders he just closed the window on me and stood at it waiting for next car. Other then that the food was pretty good. Réservez une table maintenant
Terrible experience! I really needed to use the restroom, but everything was locked. There were also a lot of people in masks and some gang members just hanging out outside. I wouldn't recommend coming here for your own safety.
The restrooms were spotless, the food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The manager was incredibly friendly and clearly works hard to maintain the restaurant's cleanliness.
Evelyn in drive through is gorgeous and sweet. My tacos were excellent and my egg rolls were perfectly crispy.
