The employees inside this jack-in-the-box have really changed. And I don't mean by the good. The young man that was doing the cooking. The same day the guy was there from the state to inspect the vent hood? That'll let you know what day it was. I don't come in there to listen to your employees talk about. My mama said you must have been out smoking crack all night You just getting home. I don't know who your new cooks are. This is three different incidents that I have heard incidents over drugs in this restaurant. Never before it was a very quiet nice restaurant. I'm taking it that these loudmouth drug users. *2023 UPDATE at the bottom under original review and changed my rating* My daughter and I just got home from getting food here and she got the bacon cheddar potatoes wedges and there was literally only a little bit of cheese/bacon on one wedge and the rest were completely plain. I don’t like leaving complaints because I work in the food industry and can understand accidentally mistakes, but this is now the second time I’ve had issues with my order at this location. Stopped at jack in the box on the way from Tennessee to galesburg to get a house kids were running a muck but a very kind lady named Lisa gave them stuff to draw with and a milkshake for the road! She was extremely nice and the restaurant was very clean! Would definitely recommend

Employees were soooo nice. They had to start a fresh pot of coffee and very apologetic about it. Only took a few minutes, but they were so sweet. Lots of smiles. Nice to see such a good fast food crew! Made our day
