My daughter and I just returned from this restaurant, where she ordered the bacon cheddar potato wedges. Unfortunately, there was only a small amount of cheese and bacon on one wedge, while the rest were completely plain. I don’t typically leave complaints because I work in the food industry and understand that mistakes can happen, but this is the second time I've encountered issues with my order at this location. A few months ago, I was missing an item that I had paid for, but I chose to overlook it. This time, however, I feel like I'm just wasting money, as twice now I've paid for items or extra toppings and not received them. I'm not trying to be petty over the lack...
It’s disheartening that I can’t bring my grandchildren to Jack in the Box for a meal without being subjected to discussions about drug use—especially from the people who are preparing our food. The troubling part is that it’s the newer cooks who seem to be the problem, particularly during the daytime shift. I genuinely hope that these employees are taking proper hygiene precautions before handling food. Hearing them boast about their mother’s comments regarding their drug use is deeply alarming.

This restaurant offers an excellent takeout experience! The food is top-notch, with a perfect rating of 5 stars. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the fries are crispy and delicious. I especially loved the curly fries—they're a must-try! The service is equally impressive, with friendly staff who ensure your order is ready quickly. The atmosphere is also great, making it a fantastic choice for a casual dinner at home. I highly recommend trying the tacos as well. Overall, you can't beat the quality and price!
I visited the restaurant this evening and encountered a blonde lady at the window whose name I didn’t catch, and I also didn’t receive a receipt, which was surprising. I ordered tiny tacos, but they only included ten items, one of which was just a tortilla chip. It seems like the cook needs to improve their counting skills or at least be able to recognize a taco. When I requested buttermilk, the staff member snapped back, saying it was in the bag. Unfortunately, she included avocado lime sauce instead. I believe she should be let go for this error.

The staff was exceptionally friendly! They needed to brew a fresh pot of coffee and were very apologetic for the wait. Although it only took a few minutes, their warmth really made an impression. There were smiles everywhere, and it's refreshing to see such a strong team in a fast food environment! They genuinely brightened our day.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Egg Rolls, Curly Fries, Two Tacos, and the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger! Each dish is outstanding and adds to the overall dining experience. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for a quick lunch.
It's the only fast-food restaurant that deserves a five-star rating, even compared to some great dining options. The cleanliness is impressive, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere exceeds expectations.
The spicy chicken is always delicious, and the mini churros are to die for. The staff is always friendly, and service is always with a smile, and very prompt.
