Jack In The Box - Réservation de table

I arrived at this Jack in the Box restaurant feeling hungry. I ordered a Sourdough Jack burger with curly fries and a milk. Unfortunately, my curly fries had a fishy taste and the ground meat in my sandwich was cooked medium rare. I usually avoid eating ground meat, but I was hungry at the time. Now, I still feel hungry, have heartburn, and don't feel well. I would consider returning the meal, but I'm uncertain what I would receive in exchange. I will not be dining at this restaurant again, as biting into red meat was a gross experience for me. I will be informing others about my unpleasant dining experience.

Below average. There's a gal working there, Mary, and whenever she's there, my order is wrong EVERY time! A few nights ago, I went there to get dinner for my wife and I. She wanted a fish sandwich. I placed my order, and was directed to park out front and wait. After nearly 10 minutes, I received my order. When I got home, my burger was NOT in the bag! I called immediately, and got an apology, but, had no dinner that night. Also, EVERY time I order breakfast there, I NEVER get my hashbrowns! This has happened more times than I can count. RIDICULOUS!!

Super rude at the drive though. Cut me off three times when I was just trying to order two items. When I asked if they got the second item they said no then cut me off again when I tried to order it. Then they asked me to pull around to the front of the building when I was the only date in the drive through. Very weird.

They supposed to be open 24 hours but everytime I go get a late night or early morning meal they don't be open, or the computer is down, this is the one that got me is when they said they are only serving door dash ?.....I'm so over Jack in the Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered tacos and supposedly they were freshly made. However, one of them was a little frozen on the inside and the taco shell was hot. When we went back through the drive-thru, the employee was rude and they refused to give us a refund.

Employees lie about availability of items when ordering. They told me I couldn 't order tacos because they were still needed to thaw out . Aren 't they just placed in the deep fryer frozen?

The woman who took my order in the morning was very polite and pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

When our ambulance couldn't go to the drive thru we tried ordering in person and they didn't even try to talk to us. Just ignored us like we weren't their.
