I have ordered Uber eats here frequently and sometimes there was something wrong with my order. This time around they forgot my two drinks and the manager herself actually drove to bring them to me. The first time someone made a wrong into a right. That’s great customer service right there. I know it’s only fast food but I think being a little more understanding and kindness can go a long ways. Thank you!

one of the few jitb that will honor app purchases. I drive from university place to near 6th and sprague, because the jitb in up will not honor apps.

Why can't you open the dining room to mobile orders? I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order!!!

Jack in the Box gets it. Breakfast anytime you want it I love it. Also the tiny tacos are awesome
