this place deserves a 0-star rating. they have crushed our order, refused to blaspheme when two of us were ordered separately. in our order missing items and what we got for my order was wrong. When you try to call the load and fix it, no one ever answered. the employee who took my order was not to be careful and the order had to be repeated several times.

as fast food goes, this particular JB is the top of the heap. Only FF I've ever been to where the burgers come out looking like the ads. Always friendly and efficient. If JB had better buns this would be hands down the best FF place ever.

The Best Experience! Great Food! I was traveling from Tennessee and I wanted to try it. I tried the buttery burger and egg rolls. I was totally satisfied!???
