I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the meat was tough and had a terrible smell. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, so I decided to go to the restaurant for a refund. The manager, Maria, was rude and accused me of lying about my experience. Our conversation quickly turned into an argument. I warned her that if I got sick from the bad chicken, they would be responsible for my medical expenses. This restaurant is consistently dirty and unfriendly. I'll never return. The customer service here is unacceptable, and they really need to improve their staff.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, both in terms of service and food quality. The staff were quite rude, with the exception of one older woman who works the night shift and was genuinely nice. If you're in search of fresh, hot fast food along with better customer service, I suggest visiting the Jack in the Box on Tennyson Road instead. Unfortunately, the male employees at the Hesperian location were disrespectful and not at all pleasant.
The quality of the food here varies, and the staff could be friendlier. As someone who enjoys fries every day, I really dislike the feeling of being shortchanged on my order! I asked for a large portion but only got a medium. Make sure to ask them to cook your food properly, and don’t forget to ask for napkins. It appears that the manager may be skimping on some things.
I recently had the best burger I've tasted in a long time. I did have a frustrating experience with Uber, as they delivered my order to the wrong address. Thankfully, DoorDash saved the day. My food arrived warm, fresh, and truly delicious. Their service really turned my rough start to the day around. I'm very grateful—thank you!

Absolutely delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt. The menu features a fantastic variety, and the quality of the food consistently meets the high standards that Jack's is known for. Great job!

When me and my went inside the tables were not clean, my sister ask the lady can someone clean the table, she said that the workers are all busy, so we left, I'll never go there again
The meat was excellent because I ordered the Jumbo Jack. This Jack in the Box has improved significantly. It has now become my go-to location instead of the one in Winton.
