Jack In The Box - Réserver une table

The drive-thru line was really long and it took about 30 minutes. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me my curly fries. When I finally got home to enjoy my chicken burger combo, I realized they had given me a burger with chicken instead. I paid $12.00 for this mix-up, which was really disappointing. It was a bad experience overall.

Although I understand that their food may not be of the highest quality, that doesn't excuse the fact that they gave me my food in a trash bag. Additionally, when I called to complain, they hung up on me. I will never eat at Jack in the Box again, this is completely unacceptable!

The service at this restaurant is top-notch. I had a salad with balsamic dressing and added a side of ranch. Both dressings were delicious and the salad was fresh. This was not my first time visiting and I recently dined there on Saturday, March 12th around 3:30pm.
