I had quite an experience at the drive-thru. There was a very eccentric person outside, and it took Jack in the Box 45 minutes to prepare our order. To make matters worse, they changed shifts while we were waiting. It really wasn't worth the wait, especially since we had already paid. There were many frustrated customers honking their horns, but there was nothing we could do about it. I’m not sure what Jack in the Box could have done differently, but the food should have only taken about five minutes to be ready.
Lady for the drive thru was being super rude the whole time we were ordering. When I got to the window she was ignoring me, closing the window, and then said I had to pay extra for extra sauces. So I told her I would pay. She charged me extra and I asked for a receipt and refused to give me one. I waited for 10 minutes at the window while she walked around and ignored me until finally she said she couldn’t give me the receipt because the system reset. Terrible service not sure what they even charged me for.
The lobby was a bit unclean, but I found a fantastic deal on tacos—2 for $1! I also enjoyed a large mint Oreo shake topped with whipped cream and a cherry, which was delicious. It's conveniently located near the Foothill Transit lines 195 and 291, and I appreciate not needing a car. Plus, it's close to other shops and supermarkets.
