I've been to this location for the Dodgers deal, a free hamburger when they strike out...last night, the guy told me they don't do it there...I told him I had, then when he repeated that, I left and went to Taco Bell. I guess the manager at this locationnever heard of a loss leader, where you put something out at a lower price, and people buy other things they see...I was goingto buy onion rings and was looking for other things that are more filling than the cardboard burgers they serve anyway...it wasjust nice that OTHER locations still think of the customer first.
I waited in line for a really long time—about 15 minutes—because the gentleman in front of me kept adding items to his order or there was an issue with it. In my opinion, they should have asked him to pull aside if his order was going to take longer so that I could get through with my two tacos since I was running late for work. I sat there for at least 15 minutes. I usually enjoy this particular Jack in the Box, but this situation was frustrating and should have been managed better. I typically rate their customer service a solid 5 stars, but not today.

I love Jack in the Box; it's my go-to spot when I'm on the road. I was a bit disappointed today, but not because of the service, which was fantastic. My coffee was warm instead of hot like I usually enjoy it. Despite that, I’ll definitely keep coming back.
We stopped by late at night, and the person at the window was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was working alone, which seemed challenging for an evening shift, but he provided exceptional service. The chicken sandwich was also fantastic.
The menu features high-quality items. I particularly enjoy the retro buns that accompany my Jumbo Jack. It's filled with fantastic choices. My food was served hot, and the customer service was pleasant.
Wanted a quick lunch and use a coupon for a chicken sandwich. Ordering was efficient and received my meal in about 5 minutes. Sandwich good, fries were fresh, no complaints. Will return in the future.
