I absolutely love this place for its delicious food and the close proximity to the beach. It's perfect for beach-goers who are looking for a quick bite at Jacks. The atmosphere is decent, but I am concerned about the presence of homeless individuals openly using drugs in the area, particularly when families with children are around. The police should increase patrols in this area. Despite that, the food here is excellent.
Stopped by with my boys on friday to eat in a late breakfast though we ordered from the lunch menu ... the 3 of us agreed that the food tasted somehow better, more fresh ? than when we get it drive-thru. Maybe we were that hungry? Haha. Anyway, restaurant looked clean. We didn't use the restrooms, so I'm not sure how they looked. The employees that took our order gave us our food were very friendly. Thank you!
Easy to order. Quick to pay and get my order. Food and drink that I ordered was perfect. But there was a crazy homeless man that had been roaming around the parking lot and through the drive thru driveway pounding on the vehicle in front of mine and was screaming and yelling nonsense to no one at all. I told the employee taking my order, not sure if anything was done about it or if anyone cared.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I used to come here for breakfast once a week, but recently I have noticed that the staff has been quite rude to customers. I have sat there for an hour and observed numerous things, including hearing the staff use inappropriate language. They seem to think that I do not understand them, but I do. The restaurant has a tendency to close unexpectedly, resulting in long waiting times and potential missing items. Additionally, it is unnecessary to ask if I want ketchup when my order already includes four large combos.
This restaurant can be inconsistent. Sometimes there are 10 cars in line ahead of you, while other times you are the only customer. However, the food is consistently good, so there are no complaints there.
The restaurant is extremely spacious and clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are affordable and the weekly specials are very reasonably priced. Plus, parking is free.
I waited 10 minutes for my food and the burgers and fries were cold and the fries were not even cooked all the way. As customers, we deserve our food warm that's why we are paying for it. Réservez une table maintenant
