I absolutely love this place for its delicious food and the close proximity to the beach. It's perfect for beach-goers who are looking for a quick bite at Jacks. The atmosphere is decent, but I am concerned about the presence of homeless individuals openly using drugs in the area, particularly when families with children are around. The police should increase patrols in this area. Despite that, the food here is excellent.
Usually food is great, unfortunately fries were old when I got them and when I mention it the lady on the window was nice and told me she could change them if I wanted, I said yes but someone else came to the window asking for all the food and saying that they could give me everything again but I had to give back also the tacos when I complaint about the fries.It was not a good experience.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I used to come here for breakfast once a week, but recently I have noticed that the staff has been quite rude to customers. I have sat there for an hour and observed numerous things, including hearing the staff use inappropriate language. They seem to think that I do not understand them, but I do.
