Today , July 21, 2022 at 8:00 pm at this location, we received the WORST service ever from a Jack in The Box establishment from the male that they had working their drive thru window. When we initially drove through the drive thru and attempted to place our order, the male worker kept repeating his questions and relaying the incorrect order information back although there was no background noise coming from our vehicle. We stated we will just pull around to the window to order. Sat in the drive thru at 815 pm on 9/29/2022 for 10 minutes and no one responded over the intercom. 4 cars were behind me so i drove up to the window. I asked to speak to the manager. Two employees got a third. She told me they must have missed me and that i needed to pull forward. I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a false number on the back of a receipt (provided. They would not give me the name of the employees working. One of the employees then told me they are very busy and that was the reason why no one responded for 10 minutes. I had to pick up a delivery and waited for over 20 minutes in line just to get to the speaker. Once I got to the window the cashier was rude and he asked to see the app ok I can understand that. But after I showed him the order he told me to start the delivery Even though he had not handed me the food yet. He did not want his drive thur line time longer so decided to try to make me have a bad delivery time. After I told him no and explained why he got even more aggressive about me starting the delivery. The speaker at this restaurant needs to be fixed as it is broken and the staff are aware of the issue. When I ordered the big breakfast platter, I requested to have extra sausage instead of eggs and hash browns. Upon arriving at the window, I also asked for extra butter and syrup. However, when I opened my bag, I discovered that I did not receive the extra sausage and the amount of butter and syrup provided was no more than what is typically given. This was my first time visiting this location, but I have never been inclined to return due to the always present long line. I have decided that this will be my last visit to this particular restaurant.

I had the worst experience of my life while at Jack in the Box located at 920 E LOOP 820 in regards to applying for a job. The Manger was rude disrespectful and she came across as racist.. I was so angry and upset, not to mention offend by her that I decided that I must bring attention to this situation.... I have notified the Corporate office of this matter and next step is to notify the local media so that they can inform the public of this racist incident... Everytime I come to this jack in the crak the system is down early in the morning what is going on ant no 24 hours jack in the box I be on my way to work so don't go by here in the early morning sorry our system is down iwent back to this some jack in the crack this morning at 330 am and they said they went close I guess they be fide the clock early in the morning so went to Whataburger they all was open 24 hours 7 day of the week
I went through the drive-thru and was disappointed by the lack of politeness from the young lady taking my order. She did not greet me and failed to say thank you at the window. When I asked for ranch, she simply stated it was in the bag, but it wasn't. As a business manager, I expect better customer service from my employees, even if they are young.
i drove 20 minutes because i googled and it says they are open 24 hours. when i got there 4:10 am and i was told they cant take order. i have to wait 30 minutes for their system to reboot??. she says it happens every day.. well they shpuld have updated it in google so that people woild know ahead. very upseting and time and gas waisted!!

CHILDREN/CLOTHING Dirty Pommes and Tacos. Not sure if you use the same place for them, but they were both covered with unrecognizable burned sprinkles? This place is a hit and miss. You never know if you get decent food. Maybe it needs new management.
