There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. If you're in a hurry and thinking about grabbing a quick bite here, you might want to reconsider. No matter what time it is, there's always a long line in the drive-thru that spills out into the parking lot. Even if there are only two cars ahead, you’ll still end up waiting a while. Honestly, it would probably be faster to go through the In-N-Out line twice. Unfortunately, it seems like they are consistently understaffed because every time I visit, the staff is working hard to keep things moving.
This is the most consistently worse establishment my family, friends and I have ever visited. Every order given comes out wrong. What we have you had to learn is to unwrap the order while at the restaurant instead of waiting until home when it's too late. The staff and management seems to blame us instead of themselves. Please... Please... Do not patronize this restaurant. This is the worst review I have ever given to any establishment. I regret having to post at least one star versus zero stars
This place is THE WORST in everything. Poor management, terrible employees, food is never prepared correctly. Not only that but they never know their own deals. Don 't bother asking for the Dodgers/Lakers/Rams Promotion cause they won 't know what it is and when they finally do they give bullshit excuses as to why you can 't get that deal. Luis is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist you in choosing from the menu by answering all your questions. He truly possesses excellent communication skills and strong character. The food is delicious! If you enjoy spicy dishes, I highly recommend dish number 10 on the menu. Additionally, the mocha shake is quite tasty as well.
Horrible service I just left the drive through without my order because I couldn't finish my order since the manager or lady their apparently could understand. She said they where super busy (no line inside or outside) some how very busy and spoke to me in a demeaning way. Seems like they need the coffee ! No star
