I ordered my eating online, paid for, sent my daughter to pick it up, and the drive thru could not find my order and were very unhelpful how to fix the problem. I was with my man in the emergency room and went home when my daughter told me that they didn't want to complete the order. So I went to the location. they were more helpful, but could not yet find or fill the order. So I ordered our meal for 5 and paid it again. we missed a burger, but I had already gone home and didn't feel like doing with them again. we contested the order online and have not received any refund or any kind of communication. tbh the service of most jib is almost always terrible, but eating is so extremely seductiv...

I got lunch items in the a.m and was more than satisfied when it came to the quality of the food. Food made fresh would explain the longer than usual wait, I don't mind.The location is also super convenient and with employees that are kind, I can't find a reason not to go again.

I usually don't write reviews, but had to write one for this place. I ordered an oreo-shake and it came with the best presentation I've ever seen. all my other foods also came fresh and hot! the lady who took my order and gave me my food had fantastic customer service skills.

it's a Lil pig coming here after midnight. I have experienced systems down, cook that can only make breakfast, and recently a grilled chicken salad with huh so dry and hard it was not edible. use them carefully and check them to eat them thoroughly.

good food. good application accuracy. they hurried you a bit when you are ordered and are not polite. they are not rude, just not polite. they could be a little nicer.
