While we waited at the front, she continued to berate her coworkers—mind you, she's not a manager—effectively scolding both them and the customers.
Honestly, the restaurant was not nearly as busy as I've seen in other places, so her behavior seemed completely unnecessary, even if it had been packed. It reflects a lack of emotional control and the inability to work under pressure, which will only drive customers away. I sincerely hope actions are taken against Julieta, as her treat...
I had a disappointing experience at this JIB location. When I arrived, I asked to use the restroom first, but the staff insisted that I needed to make a purchase before being allowed access, and they did so with a rather stern expression. So, I ended up buying an $11 item. Unfortunately, the restroom was in a terrible state—completely unacceptable. Afterward, when I went to get my food, I noticed a large spill in front of the soda dispenser. It posed a safety risk and wasn’t being addressed promptly. I usually enjoy dining at JIB, but this experience has left me hesitant to return to this particular location for a while.
My ultimate cheeseburger was more like the Ultimate DISASTER! Meat patties were incomplete and the bottom bun looked like it was dipped in grease...yuk! My taco was mush! The soda machine did not have gas for the drinks, nasty! Needless to say, the restrooms were a total disaster, they both smelled like homeless people bathe and use the restrooms! The whole staff was a mess and in total disarray. They took forever with our order and fudged up our food! Won't come back here again!
It seems there were only 2 people working late, and the line on the drive thru was moving very slowly and backed up almost to Imperial Hwy. A customer got impatient, and one employee came out to argue with them, taking more time for orders to be processed. To top it all off we ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich but got 1 crispy and 1 baked. If only that employee had not stopped working to argue with a customer we may have gotten our correct order.

I have come here on several occasions in the morning for my lunch and I am very satisfied with the service that is provided at this jacks . It’s always a clean and well kept up place overall . And the staff are very welcoming. I always see my favorite friendly staff . Keep up the good work .
I just left that Jack-in-the-Box I seen a lady pushing on my bucket and then come handle some cheese with no gloves on I complaint and they’re telling me they don’t work with corporate office so evidently they don’t care is the dirty Jack-in-the
Finally, I found a Jack in the Box that got my order just right! I can be quite particular at times, but they nailed it! Dietary restrictions: No cheese, please!
Rude customer service, bathrooms are nasty dirty.
