How sad is this so I come to the Jack in the box at around 7 PM I ordered two large shakes a chocolate and a strawberry because my son had a baseball game.. they told me they didn't have the large size so they asked if the regular size was OK. I said sure once I get up to the drive through window there are two shakes sitting there that look like they've sat there for about an hour they don't have any whip cream or cherry on top and like I said they look melted like they've been there for more than 15 minutes. There's no way those are my shakes because they look very janky.. The drive through guy takes my card and charges me more than 10 for two nasty melted shakes after he charges me he tell...
The woman at the register was rude and had an attitude when I asked her to repeat the order and clarify the missing items. Despite my inquiries, I was still blamed for the errors. Then she started chatting with her colleague in a dismissive manner, not realizing that I also speak Spanish, which changed her attitude. This behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional.
The restaurant is clean, and most of the staff are bilingual in English and Spanish. It’s conveniently located right next to a Dunkin’ Donuts and a sushi spot. While the food isn’t exceptional, it’s a chain restaurant, so it wasn’t surprising. Be aware that there’s a high school nearby, which can lead to it being quite crowded during lunchtime on weekdays!
Love the new Cluck sandwich and I always go back for the breakfast!Edit: However recently the eggs have beengiven to me in the sandwiches with blueish gray spots of egg, which means they have not been kept in the correct temperature or thrown away after the safe hold time of egg. Will not be ordering breakfast from here until the fix this issue.

This location very rarely opens at the correct time. On many occasions, I've shown up to this Jack in the Box at 6:15am and have been told that it's closed, despite the posted hours saying it opens at 6:00am.
Is Jack in the Box. Egg rolls are always over done oh, fries are good, Jumbo Jack is a favorite of the kids and a peach tea is not bad. Easy in Easy out through the drive-thru. Very helpful staff.
The restaurant frequently remains closed during its stated operating hours. Although it claims to open at 5 o'clock, it is consistently closed by 6 o'clock.
Sometimes the movie orders fallcthroigh and this location had run out of tacos one time...could be a worry but other than that they are solid
