Jack In The Box - Réserver une table

We visited this restaurant after working a night shift and decided to grab some food. Each time, the staff was incredibly polite, prompt, and friendly! They even explained what was in each bag to avoid any confusion. The only minor issue I encountered was that I ordered a cheese bacon loaded fry but ended up with a box of mini tacos instead. However, I'm not too bothered by it because I love their tacos, and I didn't even know they had mini ones!

Absolutely incompetent. I ordered an unsweetened freshly brewed iced tea, since I would be spending my day doing deliveries, and I ended up waiting for 12 cars to pick up their orders. Instead, I received a Dr Pepper. As a diabetic, I really appreciate it when my orders are correctly fulfilled, especially when I've specifically requested a non-carbonated brown drink without high fructose syrup.

Why bother? Esszimmer is rarely open, and when it is, it’s just a quick drop-in. I’m not sure why this is the case, but I have a feeling this place won’t be around much longer.

The food was excellent, and there was a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt. Overall, it's a great place to dine.

I experienced a long wait with no lobby service again. I was stuck in my car for 27 minutes just to grab a burger combo on September 1, 2022.
