I understand that it's just a fast food restaurant, so my expectations aren't sky-high, but the service was truly disappointing. The young lady taking our order seemed completely unenthusiastic, almost as if she were indifferent to the whole process. She didn’t confirm our order or ask about sizes; she just submitted it without any engagement.
When we received our food, the 'large' curly fries were hardly filled. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that they had put regular fries at the bottom of the box because they didn’t have enough curly fries. Instead of preparing a fresh batch, they simply handed us a half-empty box with those regular fries underneath. It's no wonder...

With no frills or drama, it has a laid-back atmosphere, and the locals are non-judgmental, creating a sense of euphoria. It's a great spot if you prefer to go unnoticed. While it may not be the cleanest or most prestigious location, it's the kind of place where you can happily indulge without a second thought.
We arrived at 10:20 PM, placed our order, and sat down to wait. At 10:40 PM, as we began eating, a woman started cleaning and told us we couldn’t eat there because the restaurant was already closed. I told her I wouldn’t leave until I finished my meal. She became annoyed and made a comment about Mexicans, but said nothing to the other family there, who were American. This happened on a Thursday night, and we felt discriminated against.

This Jack in the Box is your standard location, conveniently located in downtown San Mateo and open 24 hours a day. It's a perfect place for late-night cravings or quick meals when you're in a rush. I particularly enjoy their egg rolls!
Great spot! I love the Oreo shake and the number 26 combo—they're perfect for breakfast. The supreme croissant is also fantastic. Kid-friendly too, with treats like ice cream similar to a McFlurry.
The food was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive. Service could have been a bit quicker, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place for delicious snacks or a satisfying meal!
The customer service was gross! They’re rude and they give you trashy food that’s days old. They gave me stale 5 day old tacos.

Horrible, they were out of almost everything. They only had basic hamburgers and fries . They didn't even have soda working.
Lol asked for 2 tacos and they were so stale and they also gave me the wrong order and didn't wanna change it
