The restaurant is commendable for keeping the window open when many other places are closed. However, at times, they appear to lack motivation in the kitchen. One evening, when I went to pick up food, the cashier—if you can really call them that—asked if I was there for a pickup. When I said I wasn't, they told me that their system was down and they were only accepting orders through the app. I hope they can fix this problem soon!
The drive-thru lines can get pretty lengthy in the evenings, and there are occasions when waiting for your food can take some time. However, the staff is very friendly. In the past, there have been instances when the drive-thru closed due to there being a shortage of employees, but it appears those issues have been addressed, especially during busy periods.
The drive-thru service was extremely slow. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to place my order, even though there were only two cars in front of me. After that, I had to wait even longer to get my food with just one car ahead of me. In the end, I had to leave the line to make sure I didn't miss my meeting.
I had a wonderful experience at Jack in the Box! I ordered through the app, and the food was excellent. The highlight of the fried chicken sandwich is definitely the sauce. The bun is distinctive, and the chicken is quite tasty. Since the dining area is closed, I suggest using the drive-thru. Réservez une table maintenant
Terrible experience. The wait was extremely long, both inside and at the drive-thru. It took me over half an hour to receive my carryout order placed through the app. The place was dirty, and the service was poor. I won’t be returning.
The service was quick and straightforward. I felt fortunate I wasn’t the person ahead of me who ordered a chicken sandwich but didn’t get the chicken patty. Luckily, they promptly made him a new sandwich.
Absolutely fantastic! The burgers here are exceptional. I also strongly suggest trying their chicken dishes—they’re usually piping hot and crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside.
