This jack in the box always messes up our orders. Even tho the lady read everything back on my order I believe she over charged me cuz she forgot to put 2 items in the bag and so I went around and told her and she said she didn’t charge me for them.. and I wasn’t given a receipt even when I asked for one.. I hate this jack in the box.
Place continues to mess up it sucks cause I've right down the street and doesn't seem to care much but definitely taking my business to other fast foods places. Are is a great taco tuck right in front of the gas station that makes delicious food and moat important gets your order right
I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, even though there was no one in front of me. After being asked to wait three times, they finally told me they were handling DoorDash orders and that I’d have to wait another five minutes just to place my order. This location is terrible.

Perhaps just me but everywhere I seem to go there’s just groups of desperate, dirty, homeless men aggressively panhandling.
Worst customer service and restaurant. They refused to take my order even tho I just asked for a free small cup of water
This Jack in the Box was clean and very efficient. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the staff were also friendly.
