An employee told me they were closing the dine-in area at 8 PM, and since it was 7:53, I had to use the drive-thru. Of course, my order was incorrect, but I didn't realize it until I got home. I went back to explain the mistake, and the manager was extremely rude. I will be contacting the general manager of this location tomorrow morning.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the customer service could definitely be improved. The drive-thru staff tend to be somewhat curt and unfriendly. I haven't gone back since my last visit, and I usually tell others that while the food is delicious, the customer service is lacking in courtesy and respect.
This is my second time waiting in the drive-thru at Jack in the Box, and it’s been the longest wait I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I ended up waiting 20 minutes with a long line of cars ahead. It feels like this location is staffed by snails. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I experienced a long wait at Jack In The Box, received the wrong order, and encountered a foul odor at the drive-thru kiosk. However, the young lady at the cashier window was very pleasant. Réservez une table maintenant
I experienced a long wait in the drive-thru, and to my surprise, there were no napkins in my bag!
Everything was fresh. Although there were about 12 cars in the drive-thru line, it moved swiftly.
