I have frequented this Jack in the Box numerous times. I took my boys there the other night after high school football game. We went drive thru as usual. I get home and noticed I was short a large curly fry. I called and the young lady that answered askedme to double check and make sure I was missing the fries. I said I was positive since it wasn?t an extremely large order. Hertone changed and She said ok, want do you want? How about a refund since informed me they would not bring out the fries to thedoor if I drove back. How about a refund? She said either way you have to wait in line. Another 20-25 minutes? I really didn?thave a choice but to go back and wait behind another 15 cars. I wait...
today i went through the drive through and i ordered 2 tacos and a large fry with an iced coffee but it took so long i didn?t even get my food from there i had to go inside to get it and when i received my order i got my two tacos and inside was an emptyfry box and no iced coffee. absolutely blasphemy this is by far the worst service i have ever experienced in my life i would beashamed to work with anyone in that establishment. NEVER GO HERE
Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it, I don't think I could've made it any better. All the breakfast meats in one sandwich with egg and cheese on toasted sourdough ????iced mochawas good a little sweet for me but I enjoyed it. Breakfast is served all day.
Food is good fast food but their coffee is fast-food-rubbish coffee. It is tolerable with creamer to mellow out the 'sat on a burner too long ' taste. But, hey, you didn 't come here for coffee, didn 't?

In my earlier review, I mentioned that the quality was often inconsistent, with my food occasionally arriving cold. Nevertheless, the staff were always very helpful and friendly.
As a diabetic, I'm very grateful for restaurants that understand how to wrap burgers in lettuce properly. They did an excellent job. Thank you!
Everything was amazing! The staff were super friendly! I hadn't eaten at Jack In The Box in eight years, and it really satisfied my cravings!
I guess there must be a shortage of working people. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food is fair, but this is fast food.
