Jac Le Coq! Need I say more?This place serves fried chicken, fried chicken sandwiches with fries an various other sides like corn or macaroni salad. In my eyes, there aren't many chicken places that can compete with KFC (or with Korean friend chicken but Jac Le Coq is definitely up there, or perhaps even beyond. I got the Pickle Jack (Look Morty, I'm a sandwich! to go, and it was still warm when I got home 10 minutes later in -6 weather. Personally, I think the chicken could use more salt but I'm a smoker so my taste buds are not at their full strength. One of the friendliest, grooviest places to eat delicious fried chicken. What the place lacks in finesse it more than makes it up with staff (Robin Evelyn FTW! that really care about the place and their clients. It is one of my favourite Wellington haunts to spend a late eating enjoying an always satisfying meal in such a cool dinner atmosphere. And kudos for the Gen X playlists chaining classic 80s hits!
