Lo que no me ha gustado es que la carne, tanto el costillar como la hamburguesa, estaban especiados o adobados. Me hubiera gustado que el costillar sólo hubiese estado cocinado sin nada y que el único sabor adicional fuera la salsa elegida (barbacoa). En cuanto a la hamburguesa, no tenía sal y cada vez que mordía pensaba que le faltaba algo.
Lo que no me gustó es que la carne, tanto la costilla como la hamburguesa, fueron picadas o marinadas. Me hubiera gustado que la costilla sólo hubiera sido cocinada sin nada y que el único sabor adicional era la salsa elegida (barbacoa).
