Jacks Diner - Réserver une table

To say jacks has went downhill in a year is an understatement. Went october last year five times and was always very good. Went 3 times this October and it got worse and worse. Went last nite october 7th 23 and starters were very good. Then on to mains and had to send back the ribs as the sloppy fat could be spooned off under the bbq sauce. Even the waiter could see it straight away. Then my partner sent back the chicken burger because it was unreal tough even though she had it 2 nights before and it was perfect. I then tried the fajitas and they were pure oil with very little flavour. My daughters chicken off the kids menu was also very poor even though it was perfect a few nites before. We...

Coeliac review. Great atmosphere, great food. Manager Anais very helpful in showing me what was safe to eat. Allergens marked on the menu. Fries are gluten free and cooked in a dedicated fryer. Burger with gluten free bun. Pizza on gluten free base cooked on a tray to avoid cross contamination. Gluten free beer. Lots of choice and staff all really friendly. Highly recommend. Music was great too. We ate here 3 times.

Good food, terrible service. Waiter dropped the food on the table and we didn’t see him again. We had to get up and go to the till 30mins later to ask for the bill

Great place and friendly staff.. food is absolutely spot on .Great value for money and portion sizes are decent it's a must visit

Great food… especially the kids menu, the tempura prawns were delicious , great service and a lovely view. Really recommend
