Jack's Urban Eats - Réservation de table

The mac and cheese at this restaurant was absolutely terrible and tasteless. It was like eating wet pasta with no flavor at all. After attending my stepmother's funeral, where the pastor had spoken poorly of her, I decided to try this restaurant and it was a total waste of money. Additionally, the service was poor, the table and stand were sticky, and the restaurant was too loud. I ended up feeling sick. I would not recommend the mac and cheese here, as my stepmother would have been very disappointed if she had tried it. I give it a 2 out of 5 rating. Instead, I recommend going to the Old Navy store next door, which I would rate 10 out of 10.

I ordered a few salads, fries, and a sandwich to-go. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized that the sandwich was missing. I went back to the restaurant to inform them, and they gave me a new sandwich and removed the original one from the bill. Later that evening, I found the missing sandwich hidden underneath the fries. I called the restaurant, Jacks, to let them know about the mistake and that I owed them money, but they insisted that it was not necessary. They said my honesty was enough. I was impressed by their customer service and will definitely be back. Plus, the sandwich was delicious!

I ordered several extra toppings totaling $30, but none of them were visible on my food when it arrived. It seemed like they skimped on the toppings. I even saw a salad being made in the store and it was overflowing with toppings. It may be best to visit the store in person to ensure they are filling orders properly.

Create your own Salad was the best. I put salmon, broccoli, shaved Brussels sprouts, edamame, sweet potato, carrots, kidney and garbanzo beans, and avocado all on spinach and kale with the lemon herb vinaigrette. A SUPERFOOD bananza salad! I loved it! Yum! Réservez une table maintenant

First time trying their buffalo salad and OMGGGGG now I understand the hype! So good, and you can never go wrong with urban fries. I actually didn't sub with ranch this time and it was so good!! I hate blue cheese but this was delicious

This was truly one of the best salads I have ever tasted! The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the lemon vinaigrette was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
