The staff are quick and courteous. The food is terrific, it's usually a full house. The only negative comment is the restroom, very small and the floor is uneven. Parking: It's usually a full lot because of the food and service. I was in Macomb to get my son for the weekend and made him for lunch at Jackson Street Pub. The last time I ate it was a student at WIU about 25 years ago. Nothing has changed... great food, great service and great prices. I ordered a Ham Pony and was not disappointed. So happy to see that it is still there and still served fantastic pub food!
This was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had. It's surprising because so many locals recommended it, but the service was terrible and the food was disappointing.
