We sat down and chose our meals then went up and ordered. It was after we had decided our meals that the woman told us they had no milkshakes or water: not a good start. When we tried to pay with cash they said they had no change: again, would've been useful to know on entry. We then had to wait 30 mins for our order, something which I regard as too long for a fast food restaurant. We visited here for a family lunch. We placed our order, only to be told that two of the lunch box dishes were unavailable. When the food arrived, it was no different to any other fast food restaurant. The chips weren’t the most appetising that I have tasted and the chicken nuggets were bland, so much so that my children wouldn’t even touch them! Being chicken nuggets lovers, I think that says a lot about the food! During our visit, my daughter and I visited the ladies toilets. The food was okay, would say Burger King is a better option for food. Very greasy and over priced. ‘Kids eat free’ but the man changed me for my child’s meal, even though we qualified. They didn’t have any change to give me that’s fine I just find it rude how the man didn’t mention that kids eat free. Felt very sorry for the girl working, brown hair/glasses. She seemed to be doing everything while all the men stood and chatted but they made sure if anything needed doing, the poor girl was made to do it. She was lovely and I felt she wasn’t appreciated, when she was doing everything!

I went to this restaurant on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The girl working at the checkout was not helpful at all and did not want to explain the menu or prices. As a result, when my order arrived, it was incorrect and I was charged for items I did not order. The burgers were small and lacked cheese, and the limited sauce options were disappointing. The popcorn chicken and fries were decent but the portions were very small. The manager gave us a refund for the mistaken charges in 20 pence coins.
Upon arrival we got shouted at to come in through the door whilst the guy was at the other side of the restaurant. One of the items we ordered was the chicken waffle, they stated they didn’t have waffles so I asked them to replace it with bread which they refused to do and said it wasn’t an option... then they had no Fanta available. The staff were rude and clearly didn’t care about customer service. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Poor poor service.
This restaurant is not good. Despite its attractive branding, it does not live up to expectations. The smell of grease is overwhelming, the food is even worse than McDonald's, and service is extremely slow. They don't even serve what is listed on the menu and seem to think it's acceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
We often order takeout from Jacobs when we want to indulge but can't agree on what to eat. The burgers are freshly prepared and tasty, never dry or undercooked. The staff are friendly and accommodating of any special requests or dietary restrictions. It's not fancy dining, but Jacobs knows how to make a good burger.

I have never had so much fun ever, absolutely funny as, didn't win but atmosphere was fab well done to the quiz master even tho he spilt red wine down his white teshirt hahah you could even win bin bags, why would you not do it
The food has gone down hill it wasn't nice as it used to be it was lacking the flavour me and my nanan Theresa padley didn't enjoy it at all and no toilet paper in the toilets don't know if I ever want to come back
