I'm very torn about this review as food is so subjective. I will start off by saying the crab ragoons were the best I've ever had. The only ones I have ever been able to actually taste crab flavor. The customer service is amazing. The gentlemen on the phone was polite and explained the situation. The delivery driver is one of the first to follow the directions I left, to leave the food and not knock or ring the bell. I'm impressed. Customer service from both was amazing. However, the soup (spicy sour) and house special beef weren't great. The soup tasted like alcohol to me. I ate two bites and gave up. The beef was covered in seasme seeds which isn't listed oh the menu description. I realize...
The food, the employees, the cleanliness, all of it is absolutely amazing. The only down side is the restaurant smells extremely bad.. it smells like a sewer. Or like a porta potty got knocked over.We have been here 3 times now.The first time there was not a smell.The second time it was there.The third time it was so strong I had to take me food to go and ate in the car because it was making my food taste like the smell.
I have been eating food from here for over 20 years plus, it has always been consistently delicious, the portion sizes are great and the free delivery is what puts it over the top. I only gave four stars for atmosphere because I don’t ever eat in anymore, I only have had them deliver. I will say I don’t care for their eggrolls, but that might be just a personal preference.
I had a craving for beef fried rice and shrimp lo mein. I tried the place out on a whim, I had never heard of it before. It was literally the most delicious beef fried rice AND shrimp lo mein I have ever eaten. I can only presume the rest of the menu is equally delicious.

Absolutely amazing. My second time ordering from them. Great portions and tasty food. I am love with the Mongolian Beef. Lots of meat, great greeeeaaattt taste. Also very fast delivery ?.
My experience here was quite disappointing. I was very dissatisfied with the service provided by the owner, and as a result, my family and I will not be returning.
Most of the time, the food is excellent, but there are occasional moments when it's not up to par. However, their service is consistently outstanding!
There is a strong unpleasant odor reminiscent of sewage in this building, and I noticed a few bugs crawling around. It's quite unappealing.

Best bang for your Buck Chinese in the Copperfield/ Cypress area. Very consistent food/service. You can’t go wrong here.
