This would be my 3rd visit over a duration of 22 years, but unfortunately, the standards have slipped. Even though the my initial visit was quite some time ago, I recall the first time seemed much friendlier and the service was very good. This time (being my 3rd visit), we ordered 4 dishes:- sizzling Mongolian lamb, sizzling fillet steak in black pepper sauce, fish fillets in ginger & shallots, and stir fried Chinese vegies in garlic sauce. However, disappointments soon started to pile up. Firstly, only one person was authorised to take orders, and thus we were kept waiting till the lady came around (even though they weren't that busy on a cold wet and windy evening when most folks shun goin...
Jade Court !! for many years we had been dining at this restaurantIt was our local after football at Subi .Also on many family avents . last time we visited which. was now about 6 months ago it had gone off terribly.Service !!!!! Anyhow we relented and went 28/8 Sat night .Service was terrible Food ..Joy Kitchen in freo leaves it for dead .Without the prices !!! Sevice was so bad We though we were invisible .And not a smiling face to be seen thought they were doing us a favour by..being there . Waited 30min after we sat down .for anyone to notice us .THen after that got some (compimentory) crackers to nibble on for another 15 min . WE will never go back done and dusted ,IF BIANCA still owns...
I've been one of them, but I have to say I've gone back before. the food was absolutely delicious, it was well presented to our table delivered quickly. it is always nice to be greeted so warmly by bianca, and it needs the time to say all that eat there. so restaurants should be in perth, but unfortunately most of them are not on the same high standard as jade court.

The recent TA comments re rude and untrained staff have been noticed by the owner. Had an enjoyable evening with 3 guests last week. Food was excellent and there was a significant improvement in the standard of service by better trained staff.
Jade Court has been around for a very long time - the history is on the walls as you walk in. Fascinating ! Your are served many of your dishes by the waiters, which is lovely. The food is traditional Chinese but very good quality.
Loved this restaurant. Staff were excellent and the food delicious. Will definitely dine at Jade Court again soon.
Very average food for a premium priceWe were there with three people for a Sunday lunch.
