Jade Garden - Réservation de table

The food is okay. The store it could use some cleaning. Everything is clutter and looks dirty but that most nyc stores anyway. I notice I always get three different prices for food when I order. For example I order my food from the menu which shows the price, when i call they tell me a different price and when I pick up the food I get told a different price, each time increases. They are lucky the are only Chinese restaurant close by without walking or driving too far or else I would go somewhere else.

I read several reviews before deciding to order from this place, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, they offer good quality food for the price, and the staff is very friendly. A humble note to other reviewers: everyone has their good and bad days. If someone has an unsatisfactory customer service experience, I recommend letting the food speak for itself before passing judgment.

Have seen a few reviews before considering to get something from there!My experience-They have overall good quality food for the money. As well really kind people working there.Humble Note toward other reviewer’s-Everyone has their good and bad days, so if someone experiences some uneventful customer service experience with them! Don't order from here through Grubhub. I'm sure the food is good, but I never got a chance to try it. I waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive, and when it didn't, I called the restaurant and found out they hadn't even started preparing it yet. So I ended up canceling my order! I’ve noticed a decline in service during my last three visits. I had to wait longer than usual, and the staff seemed to have an attitude. Additionally, the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was just average, but overall, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly, including the delivery driver. I dine here once a week, and sometimes even twice. Food: 5/5.

The female owner of the restaurant is always smiling and knows how each customer likes their food. She remains cheerful even when given just a 25¢ tip. Food: 4/5
