I had a really disappointing experience with the service! I’ve ordered crabs from them several times, but my last few orders have been a letdown. I chose not to complain on two occasions, but last night, the entire dozen of crabs I received was stale and smelled terrible—totally inedible. When I called this morning to ask for a replacement with fresh crabs, I was told they were having a "final sale." It seems they can sell bad crabs, take customers' money, and get away with it! This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Don’t waste your money on their inferior crabs, especially since they don’t have any refund policy!

I called Jae's to report what I found, and they told me that they do not offer refunds, as if it wasn't a serious issue. I simply wanted my money back and was not trying to escalate things. The person on the phone was rude and said I should have checked my platter before leaving. Why would I need to check my food when I've eaten at this restaurant multiple times and never had an issue? Since we couldn’t reach an agreement, I decided to contact the health department. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! Who knows what else you might find in your food? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I made my first order over the phone today, and I found the customer service to be excellent both on the phone and in person. The atmosphere was clean, and the crabs were cooked and seasoned perfectly—not overcooked, which I've encountered at other local spots. The crabs were true to size, just as advertised. Overall, great seafood at reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning for future visits. Price per person: $30–50. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.

We visited this restaurant when it was still called Just Hooked, and we were eager to try it again. To our delight, it was just as good, if not better! The staff was friendly, and our servers, Tyler and Erica, were fantastic. They were very attentive and professional. Erica just started working here, and I can already tell she will be a great asset to the industry. Thank you, everyone! We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

I have to say, this place is fantastic! Tommy persuaded me to buy the last batch of super jumbo crabs on Mother's Day, claiming they were worth it, and he was absolutely right. It cost $152, but they were the biggest, heaviest crabs I've ever bought, and he even added three extra ones for me. I will definitely keep coming back to support this guy!

My friend surprised me with some super jumbo crabs for Mother's Day yesterday, and they were incredible! I haven't had crabs from this place in a while, but if the quality is as good as what I had yesterday, it's definitely a solid 5 stars! A big thank you to Tommy for delivering them piping hot too!

I am very disappointed with the owner. I've been a loyal customer for years, but recently he decided to give me an attitude and dictate when I should pick up my order. It was quite rude, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
