The staff here were unpleasant and seemed only interested in processing payments. A friend suggested this place, but I won't be returning. There was no information available about the turkeys, no customer service, and the staff just wanted my card so I could leave. There was no assistance for elderly customers trying to carry out their turkeys, and no carts were provided. They even asked customers to scan a code to get a complimentary soda, which I found unnecessary. If they want to offer a gift, they shouldn't make customers jump through hoops! Don't buy turkeys from these people. The farm is just a hobby, Jaindl makes his money selling beautiful farmland to warehouse developers, bringing hundreds of diesel tractor trailers into bucolic farmland, destroying rural communities with truck traffic and pollution, turning farms into warehouses and pavement.

The grand champion Jainl turkey from Wegmans was the worst turkey we've ever had. It was tough, full of tendons and will ultimately be thrown out. Don't be fooled by the romanticized story of a family farm and specially bred bird. It was just plain horrible.
