we had to wait for an hour for our food and there was only my friend and I. I had to go and find the waiter to ask how long this would be. when the food arrived, it was very poor, the lamb. was hard and chewing, the rice and the chips were cold, the aloo gobi was cold with mainly large pieces hard potatoes and the nanbrot was cold. we were not asked if we wanted to drink more and he didn't even come to the table to ask if it's in order. very disappointed and when we complained, he was not interested. he just said they were busy taking. another table went out before the meal because to wait. what we accused was disgusting. will not go back.
Chicken tikka masala ordered as farewell, only costly, no seasoned. to complain on the phone as it was unusable, also the color was psychedelic, sauce thin and watery. I asked to mention this again when we order another takeaway. no refund offered. it won't. next time. the whole meal went into the waste. other meal mixed balti also bad, although it is only possible. no garnel. pompadom's nice. as a first customer never again! first time ever leave a bad review
Don’t be fooled by the outside which is down an unassuming walkway, as inside is beautifully decorated with contemporary styling. First visit to Llantwit Major and pleasantly surprised to find narrow streets and quirky buildings. Decided to give Jaipur a try service was good...and food nice and tasty with big portions and plenty of meat. Just be aware they don’t serve alcohol but several pubs nearby to have drink before or after. Would recommend Jaipur
We regularly order takeaways and have never had an issue, good friendly service great food and always on time. I popped into the restaurant on Monday and ordered food for 14 people to be delivered on Wednesday at 6pm. The food was delivered on time,...piping hot and the order was 100% Correct. Everyone commented on how good the food was. Thanks to all the staff for making our evening. Regards Tony

Staying in a caravan park nearby so don't know the area. Came upon the Jaipur and decided to order a takeaway. Food was really tasty and well cooked, the only thing that let it down was the paratha, unfortunately it was a frozen store bought...one, as someone who cooks Indian food including parathas, this was a disappointment otherwise we would have rated 5 stars!
DISAPPOINTING ..... One sauce suits all. I ordered chicken dupiaza which the menu stated was “medium cooked with onion green pepper” .... the sauce was tasteless I had 1 piece of pepper. My husband ordered chicken bhoona which looked and tasted remarkably...like my dupiaza. NEVER AGAIN .... This was a celebration meal a total waste of money.
I have just had my 2nd takeaway, and I have eaten in the restaurant some weeks ago. The food is first class and piping hot,I cant make a single negative comment..Their takeaway service is the best we have ever had, they give you a time...and they keep to it, plus the delivery drivers are really pleasant..Great value for money...
I have to be the worst I ever had! I didn't have many, but just pulled into the opposite, and I was desperate I had no food in! never again! tasteless I had hühnertikka, it was hard, dry no taste at all. sagaloo was not fed and the nan brot had no taste wither..absolut appalling for £17.40!

Fantastic takeaway well above expectations. The tarka Dahl and cauliflower bhaji were outstanding, chicken tikka also very good. Lamb tikka a bit tough and dry otherwise it would be 5 stars. Definitely recommended.
eating was great and service was ok. honest good eating to be but her service needs some work. it is not good to judge who pays. shame his the only thing they could do with the improvement.
