My favorite is the pork rub. It's really meant for outdoor grilling only. It can create a bit of a mess if you use it on an indoor grill pan. It may look charred, but that's not an issue for me—I actually like that appearance on my pork chops. The flavor isn't charred at all, though. I absolutely love this rub and can't get enough of it whenever I come across it!
